A Typical Service

What to Expect in Our Service

Generally speaking, our service begins with worship, led by a full band. Most people stand during this time, however, there is complete freedom to be seated if you prefer. The words of all of the songs are projected onto screens at the front of our worship center. Our hope is that you'll hear songs you know or can relate to, even if you haven't been to church in years.

Like most churches we take an offering in our service. If you are a guest, please do not feel obligated to participate in the offering. This is intended for our regular attendees who consider Harvest their home.

As our guest, we only ask that you take a few moments to complete our Connection Card, which is found in your bulletin. The Connection Card is used to help us get to know you a bit. It is a place where you can request information, ask for prayer, let us know your thoughts, or just indicate your presence with us. In any case, we use it to pray for you during the week. You won’t be asked to stand or raise your hand (or anything else embarrassing) just because you’re new. Nor will you have to recite anything or kneel at certain times during the service.

Harvest provides biblically based messages that help you deal with real life issues. We'll even give you a handy outline with the main points of the message so you can refer to them later. What you learn on the weekend, you'll be able to use during the week.
